It has been nearly 3 months since I have been following the AIM Diet and Lifestyle. I joined the group because I have been battling blood pressure for some time and I was taking medication to normalize it. Since January, thanks to Brita, I have changed my lifestyle with OMAD, and the nutrients prescribed by Brita. I gave up on medication right away since I was feeling side effects. After 6 weeks following OMAD, my blood pressure dropped significantly and since then has improved and I have been below 135/85 for the past 6 weeks. I have reduced my card intake and I have continued sport and exercise as I used too to ensure that I stay in shape.
Thank you Brita, just the feeling of being out of med is a blessing.

When it comes to high blood pressure, this is the very first person in our community who did his homework and came to me for guidance and reversal.
There is no doubt in my mind that his efforts and willingness to encourage others with his transformation deserve a spot in the AIM Champion Hall of Fame.
A concept that pays tribute to doers that use the AIM concept to take back control of their health and life. I have revised this concept to post about a chosen monthly candidate at the start of every month. We cant be tired of good motivational transformations...
Christian Eric was set to go like an army. With his meal suggestions and Metabolic plan at hand, he literally face-timed me at a health-shop to make sure he got all the supplements that were necessary to secure sufficiency while he embarked on his journey.
Christian had one main goal upon embarking on AIM, and it was to be free of the high blood pressure medication he has been on for over a decade.
Yes he was nervous. But as he mentioned to me, he had been quietly following my work, knew my background, and trusted in my capability.
The other part of the equation was for him to do the work and be consistent.
Today, he is free of all medications, has built muscles, and reduced his biological age.
He has lost 15 kilos and can now fit the clothes he wore a decade ago.
He is quite active and owns at least a BLUE BELT in Jui Jitsu.
He really is not complaining about the physical and functional state of his health.
Lets give a cheer to Christian for a job well done and for selflessly putting his journey into the spotlight, just so that no one should needlessly die of high blood pressure.
