I struggled with high blood pressure for the last 5 years, but now in my sixth year I am close to perfect numbers for a man in his mid-fifties.

Through professional assistance from Dr. Che, I now have learned a perfect combination of essential factors: what I eat, and when I eat. This has had a remarkable impact on my health and my numbers.

It has always been easy for me to adjust my weight but what has haunted me for the last six years was my high blood pressure.

All these things put together, I am happy to announce that for the first time in over 6 years, I got my blood pressure to be constantly below 120/85.
