Don’t take my words for it, see what my clients are saying.
By: Ms. Jacqueline
Her problem has never been one of weight reduction.
I coached Jacqueline to resolve a list of issues. But one of them stands out clear, of which I will make it a learning moment in this post.
In one particular case where I was supporting Jacqueline in strengthening her immune function, I demanded she visit her physician to get some tests and metabolic markers we could follow-up on.
Upon this, her Physician dismissed her pressing case of inflammation and low white blood count, claiming that it was expected for her as an African to have such low value and Neutropenia.
To put this into perspective, the doctor was implying that she was fussing over nothing, and her low neutrophil count was expected of someone of her origin.
He clearly mentioned that nothing could be done about it. This physician basically meant that it is okay for Africans to suffer from Neutropenia.
((Im stressing this point out because its the case across Europe, do if you are in Diaspora, check up on your numbers, and start getting them up )).
Of course, our AIM champion knew better and decided to hold the Physician accountable by taking the matter further.
Meanwhile, I focused on coaching her about what nutrients and foods to take to bring her neutrophils up. Also importantly, lifestyle practices and what foods to stay away from.
This is Covid times, so you can imagine how important being immune-strong can be
She made it, she abided by the work and in a few weeks, she was no longer diagnosed as having neutropenia. What best proof is there to banish such a medical stigma of Africans being expected and accepted to have neutropenia?
Jacqueline is boosting in health and fitness and has grown so much in the knowledge and practice of metabolic nutrition and AIM.
Trust me, very few people want to do any work on themselves, especially when they don't have excess belly/weight problems.
I`m truly proud of her transformation, one that demands full dedication and belief. She is a great spokesperson about my work and AIM around her community in Britain.
By: Mr. Midtgaard
Mr. Midtgaard conquered his greatest struggle!
I struggled with high blood pressure for the last 5 years, but now in my sixth year I am close to perfect numbers for a man in his mid-fifties.
Through professional assistance from Dr. Che, I now have learned a perfect combination of essential factors: what I eat, and when I eat. This has had a remarkable impact on my health and my numbers.
Here is a summary of what I went through:
It has always been easy for me to adjust my weight but what has haunted me for the last six years was my high blood pressure.
I tried so many things and my blood pressure reduced a few points but was never normal.
Brita has been doing well to support me. She created a metabolic plan and road-map for me and tracked all my metabolic numbers. I also realized for the first time that I have actually had underlying blood sugar problems, even though my doctors assured me that the numbers were okay.
With the plan in place, I completely transformed the way I go about weight reduction and getting ready for my biking season. I am down by about 8 to 11 kg and have dropped to about 8 -10% body fat.
With what I have learnt and incorporated about metabolic nutrition, I know how to put my food together with the right way and I can even go for over 2 days without food if I wanted to, and not feel hungry. Before this, I needed to eat every 3-4 hours.
Brita also encouraged me to adjust the types of exercises I do, so that it would give some balance to my biking lifestyle, while improving my general health.
I also took the effort to look deeper into my work situation and the stress that it was generating.
All these things put together, I am happy to announce that for the first time in over 6 years, I got my blood pressure to be constantly below 120/85.
Most days, it goes further down by 4-6 points and that gives me a really great feeling.
I will say that if you are like me and have been doing a lot of things right, dont give up. Try metabolic nutrition.
It has been nearly 3 months since I have been following the AIM Diet and Lifestyle. I joined the group because I have been battling blood pressure for some time and I was taking medication to normalize it. Since January, thanks to Brita, I have changed my lifestyle with OMAD, and the nutrients prescribed by Brita. I gave up on medication right away since I was feeling side effects. After 6 weeks following OMAD, my blood pressure dropped significantly and since then has improved and I have been below 135/85 for the past 6 weeks. I have reduced my card intake and I have continued sport and exercise as I used too to ensure that I stay in shape.
Thank you Brita, just the feeling of being out of med is a blessing.

When it comes to high blood pressure, this is the very first person in our community who did his homework and came to me for guidance and reversal.
There is no doubt in my mind that his efforts and willingness to encourage others with his transformation deserve a spot in the AIM Champion Hall of Fame.
A concept that pays tribute to doers that use the AIM concept to take back control of their health and life. I have revised this concept to post about a chosen monthly candidate at the start of every month. We cant be tired of good motivational transformations...
Christian Eric was set to go like an army. With his meal suggestions and Metabolic plan at hand, he literally face-timed me at a health-shop to make sure he got all the supplements that were necessary to secure sufficiency while he embarked on his journey.
Christian had one main goal upon embarking on AIM, and it was to be free of the high blood pressure medication he has been on for over a decade.
Yes he was nervous. But as he mentioned to me, he had been quietly following my work, knew my background, and trusted in my capability.
The other part of the equation was for him to do the work and be consistent.
Today, he is free of all medications, has built muscles, and reduced his biological age.
He has lost 15 kilos and can now fit the clothes he wore a decade ago.
He is quite active and owns at least a BLUE BELT in Jui Jitsu.
He really is not complaining about the physical and functional state of his health.
Lets give a cheer to Christian for a job well done and for selflessly putting his journey into the spotlight, just so that no one should needlessly die of high blood pressure.
